If Trump isn't assassinated between now and November, manages to beat another crooked election and does get elected, I will be curious to see all of the millions of documents he will have the opportunity to declassify. Talk about Sh!t hitting the fan if he did declassify all the dirt!

Here's my candidate for something wrong.

Back at the first of March, she asked both the prosecution and the defense for their recommendations for when the trial should start. The prosecution said that it should start around the last week in July. The defense said that it should start around the middle of August. So that's really a disagreement of only a few weeks.

The judge went off and thought about it for a while and came back with a schedule for all of the hearings required by the Classified Information Procedures Act, which is the Act under which this trial is being conducted. She said that all of those hearings should wrap up around the last week in July--which is when the prosecution said the trial should start. That would leave about 3 weeks between the time the judge says the hearings will wrap up and the time the defense said they wanted the trial to start.

So why hasn't the judge scheduled the trial to start at the time the defense said it should start?

Federal judge shoots down ‘orchestrated campaign’ to remove Trump-appointed judge in classified documents case

A federal judge derided an apparent effort to get the judge overseeing former President Trump’s criminal classified documents case removed, arguing the Florida judge appeared to be the victim of an "orchestrated campaign."

Judge Aileen Cannon was the target of more than 1,000 complaints in a single week last month, with critics accusing her of intentionally stalling the criminal case against Trump until after the election, according to a report from CNBC.

But 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals Chief Judge William Pryor shot down the effort, saying in a May 22 order that he "has considered and dismissed four of those orchestrated complaints as merits-related and as based on allegations lacking sufficient evidence to raise an inference that misconduct has occurred."
