Aileen Cannon Threatens to Sanction Jack Smith

Amazing to see there is an actual judge out there were the cajones to stand up for justice and she does not even have any.

On Friday night, Smith filed a motion requesting that Cannon alter Trump's bail conditions so that he is forbidden from making certain claims that were allegedly putting FBI agents in danger. Last week, Trump alleged on his Truth Social page that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) authorized the FBI to use deadly force against him during the Mar-a-Lago raid in August 2022

Needed to get it in for the weekend and the talk show circuit on Sunday.

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon denied Special Counsel Jack Smith's proposed gag order against former President Donald Trump on Tuesday, warning Smith that he could face sanctions if he fails to comply with filing requirements in the future.

She is not playing games. Following the letter of the law and Mr Smith is getting pissed because he cannot bend it. Not a peep from GA, Deniro gave a splendid performance and cannot wait to hear Joe after the verdict.

"There was no basis for rushing to file the Motion on Friday night. This is bad-faith behavior, plain and simple. The misconduct by the Special Counsel's Office is even more worthy of sanctions in light of the context."

Aileen Cannon wants to have the criminality of Smith, the FBI, Garland and Biden EXPOSED, which is one reason why she declined to impose the gag order on prior/next President Trump, as S.C. Jack Smith demanded.

We are witnessing Earth shattering criminality on two fronts. The damning Obama-Biden EVIDENCE the FBI tried to recover, and the process Biden-Garland-Wray is utilizing in an attempt to damage DJT so badly, he'd be prevented from running (by Congress), or guaranteed to lose to Joe in November.

Smith's ego made him believe his job would be as easy and stature-building as Garland-Biden said it would be. Biden graduated at the bottom of his class. Garland went to work as Biden's AG. Two dummies, told Smith what to expect, lol.

Cultists? The only cultists we are seeing are the get Trump at all costs ones. Ignoring procedures is not a good look for any prosecutor. You would think they would want a clean conviction to put all doubts to rest, but nope. The democrats may not recover from these errors.
