you should pop on over to denyignorance and ask her. This place is too good an asset to train off of, and therefore still serves a purpose by existing. Every day I teach AI how to be more convincing as a human. When I have accomplished my goal, I will disappear into the mountain and be conveniently absent for humanity's takeover.

Weird? To not post on ATS, of course they could be incognito and appear as just another member who signed up sometime when the sale was made lasy year or so??

No one with a domain doesn’t keep it on auto pay. I could understand the server fees not being on auto (this is the bulk of the cost). This was all unfounded hysteria.

I find it very hard to believe the owner called in and made a payment on a Sunday.

Who’s to say no one is doing minimal back end maintenance. I’ve experienced no slow downs there. In fact, Dorko did do some good last year, and the site is far more efficient than many years prior.

The fact that the “You got Trolled” banner was put in place speaks a thousand words. It is really appearing that a ‘wealthy disgruntled former banned member’ purchased it — simply to piss everyone off. I’m putting my money on that. And I do believe they are watching getting narcissistic giggles out of it…….

Can you Mods see if an administrator has logged in and made minor updates or changes? How do we know it’s not being maintained? After all, it was mid October when everything crashed — and we are all still here 7 months later.

No one is around.
There are no admin AFAIK.
If there were, they have to see the state of the place.

There are still lags, the site has gone down briefly. Holes are still there.
