How many more people would be alive if Hamas wouldn’t have broken a cease fire on Oct 7 to start a bloody war with a real genocidal attack…..

So far we know the Israeli Armed Forces have killed at least 30,000 people and at least 16,000 civilians. They have admitted it and hence admitted mass killings and the associated war crimes.

The true number of dead is likely to be much higher.

It doesn't look great for them.

Any court proceedings are likely to start after the end of the war. You don't expect court proceedings in the middle of the war and when hostilities are still happening.

Israel has already admitted killing over 30,000 people and I am sure there are many more dead and several lawsuits coming against the military and politicians.

Evacuation orders or the human shields argument won't work in criminal court cases or in the ICJ and ICC

Everyday the same scenario but at the receiving end you have mostly civilians who are getting slaughtered. That's why it's relevant to consider the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by Israel. At least they have admitted to the mass killings.
