The press conference was early , it was mostly about NATOs meeting today and the improvements to the way the organization works given the threats we face , the aid going to Ukraine was also discussed , in answer to a question from a reporter regarding Russia's strengths and weaknesses they give their opinion on things Russia has changed since their poor start , what has improved and what hasn't.
