Actually the Palestinians want a free state. They don't want to be under continuous occupation by an ethnosupremacist and apartheid state like Israel has become over the decades. The vast majority of Palestinians want peaceful coexistence with the Jews and everyone else in the region. What they don't want is to be living in an open air concentration camp just as Normal Finklestein has said on various occasions.

Note that Norman Finklestein is also one of the many Jewish people who is against the Israeli Government and against Zionism.

Israel has already admitted it has killed at least 16,000 innocent civilians. Hence they have admitted mass murder/killings and the associated war crimes commited.

There is no justification whatsoever for these mass killings and I understand that you want to offer some legal counselling to them but I don't think they will take your advise when you arguing about hospitals and human shields..... They don't work very well.

Actually they have killed at least 30,000 as they have admitted with this number to be likely much higher. You can't take what Israel says for granted at they try hide the real numbers. They have also given an 1:1 ratio of civilian to combatant deaths when a few months ago the IDF gave a 2:1 ratio. Do someone is not saying telling the truth.

In December, Israel's military said it estimated 66% of those killed to be civilians. Even the conservative figure of 61 percent is higher than the average civilian death rate in all world conflicts "from the Second World War to the 1990s", according to Yigal Levy.

If you don’t want schools target as legitimate military targets, don’t hide munitions and rockets in them.

If you don’t want the fight taken to civilian hospitals, keep the militants clear of them. Don’t cower under them.

why is it that folks like you never mention the part where HAMAS should surrender and save lives in GAZA? If they gave up today, not ONE more innocent life would be taken. Just think of how wonderful that would be! unless the lives aren't really important, other than to use as a political tool. if that's the case, then all is going according to plan.

If they don’t want “occupied”, don’t keep breaking cease fires by launching tens of thousands of rockets and mortars indiscriminately into Israel just to kill Jews. And sanctioning jihad which is something different than attacking valid military targets for liberation, don’t push martyrdom to indiscriminately kill Jew.

Israel hasn’t occupied Gaza since the mid 2000’s. It would really help if you did some research before posting.
