The fake genocide claim is based on the numbers (which is not how genocide is determined) and now it turns out those numbers were not just off, but way off.

There is no evidence of such an intent, and as I posted here, even using Hamas's fake numbers, simple math indicates that Israel is being exceptionally careful about trying to kill fewer civilians than are typically killed in modern wars.

No link for that claim? That's why the numbers were revised down last week? According to who? The UN said it was a flat-out mistake that their previous numbers were incorrect. They blamed it on the fog of war.

You posted part of it. Twice now, you left out an extremely important part of it, which I will bold here:

Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide

Article II

In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

Killing members of the group;
Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group

And it's not a semantic difference. It completely changes the definition. Using the (partial) definition you posted, every single murder ever committed would qualify as genocide. Obviously that's preposterous, which is why the intent to destroy the group that you keep leaving out is so critically important.

Without any such intent, it is factually not genocide.

You've been corrected twice on this now. If you want to retain any semblance of credibility, I suggest you refrain from continuing to post the partial definition just because the rest of the definition derails your false narrative.
