Such good points here, I am stuck thinking of how FBI agents "leaked" a fake story to a Yahoo News "journalist" who then published a story around the bogus storyline, then, believe it or not, then the FBI used that article as part of the justification for a FISA warrant to tap into the Trump campaign communications. And if that weren't enough an FBI lawyer emailed the CIA to confirm that Carter Paige WAS an informant for the CIA and when the CIA replied yes the FBI lawyer changed the yes to NO and used that to support another FISA warrant. Wow!! Then congress renewd the FISA court authority and approved a new gazillion dollar FBI headquarters.

WHY "deadly force" was authorized, in order to obtain these documents from President Trump's home..

Some people are expressing shock that the FBI was prepared to use deadly force against President Trump and his Secret Service security detail during the DOJ raid on Mar-a-Lago. Julie Kelly has the DETAILS HERE.

I am not surprised in the least. Remember, the objective of the FBI raid was to re-secure the physical evidence that President Trump had, which demonstrated how the DOJ and FBI action in 2016 was targeting him, using the power of their law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

The origination of all the DOJ/FBI/IC issues goes back to the ’15/’16 FBI exploitation of the NSA database; this is not a contested discussion issue – it’s just continually forgotten.

The raid on Mar-a-Lago, just like the Robert Mueller investigation, was part of the long standing coverup operation.

The FBI was looking for what Trump took with him as evidence of the weaponized system that targeted him. The FBI wanted that back. The FBI was willing to use deadly force to get it back, if that’s what it took.

Yes, apparently the FBI was prepared to engage in a gun battle or kill people in Mar-a-Lago, in order to retake the evidence against them.

I know it sounds scary, but that’s the reality of our modern FBI. These are not good people. Remember also that AG Merrick Garland said he authorized every facet of the raid.

Classified Documents Case/Trial DELAYED (for the 8th time?).

The federal judge presiding over former President Trump's Florida case has paused several court deadlines to consider presidential immunity.

Trump's legal team presented a motion Friday seeking "a partial stay of further proceedings" in the case brought by special counsel Jack Smith "until President Trump's motions based on Presidential immunity and the Appointments and Appropriations Clauses are resolved."

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon on Saturday agreed to hear arguments, allowing two weeks for both camps to prepare briefs regarding the relevance of the Supreme Court's ruling on presidential immunity.
