I don't think Macron is dumb enough to send troops other to help train Ukrainian forces but he does a little bit of a napoleon complex!

Still, I think Medvedev and Putin will grab anything and run with their saber rattling at any news fake or otherwise. I also think it will be Putin who makes the mistake and escalates this war to keep the Russian people under his boot.
