WHY is DOJ Not Turning Over the AUDIO of JOE BIDENs Sworn Testimony to Prosecutor Robert Hur.

On October 8th and October 9th, 2023, U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. was questioned by Special Counsel Robert K. Hur regarding the reams of Classified National Security documents that he (Biden) intentionally left in SEVEN non-secure locations, from 2006 to the Spring of 2023. Locations including his Delaware home's garage and basement, and other non-secure buildings.

The DOJ released the PRINTED TRANSCRIPT of the 2-part interview just before Special Counsel Hur publicly testified before Congress on March 12, 2024.

The U.S. House Oversight Committee is also asking for the AUDIO Transcript, because there's something "fishy" about the printed version supplied to DEMOCRATS on the House Oversight committee by Joe Biden's DOJ.

Is the DOJ not releasing AUDIO of Joe Biden's interview by Robert Hur because it differs from the DOJ-supplied transcripts?

How would Joe Biden's "PRIVACY" be compromised, since we already have the "official" DOJ transcript?

Imho, it is because they are not conducting a judicial trial, but an inquisition. Love Trump or hate him or somewhere in between, I think a person honest wirh themselves has to conclude there is an extremely troubling disparity of the application of due process and jurisprudence.

How much "covering" can they do for deteriorating Biden? Today, Biden was so bad off, his handlers wouldn't let the White House press corps see him walk out to Marine One. (The White House helicopter.)

Congress thought it was "strange" for the DOJ to share the Biden-Hur Interview Transcript with Democrat Jerry Nadler. Nadler then published it on the Democrat's Congress website: democrats-judiciary.house.gov... , where it was then picked up and spread all over the internet by CNN, WaPo, CBS, MSNBC, etc...

The GOP (Jordan and Comer) were caught off guard and (of course) smelled a "rat". They then nicely asked for the Audio. The DOJ said "no". Then they subpoenaed the DOJ 2 weeks ago. The answer was still "no". Other groups are trying to get the audio. They are being told "NO".

Makes you wonder how the DOJ can have more authority than the body who controls the DOJ's budget. The Oversight and Judicial committees have the ability to cut key areas of the DOJ's budget, like "travel", for one, but they are AFRAID to do it.

This is the one time I can accept the "National Security" excuse.

If our enemies hear how bad he really is, they will pounce.

Oh, and if it came out, that itwas proven they gave a fake transcript, and the people hear how bad he really is for themselves, the left would lose it. It wouldn't be our enemies that got us, it would be the left.

There exist a small set of exceptions to FOIA requests. I do more state cases than federal, but I don't believe BIDENs "privacy" is one of them.

What do they care? The DOJ just got fully funded and then some, and there's no way in fiddly-dee Congress is going to defund the DOJ in response.

I mean seriously, how long does it actually take for them to edit the thing?

Like they can find enough audio of him speaking properly, to put something together?
