President Biden's Administration is preparing to turn over the White House, and Control of Federal Agencies, to the new President effective January 20, 2025.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden’s administration on Friday formally began planning for a potential presidential transition, aiming to ensure continuity of government, no matter the outcome of November’s general election.

Shalanda Young, the director of the Office of Management and Budget, sent memos to all executive departments and agencies, directing them to name a point person for transition planning by May 3. It’s the routine first step in congressionally mandated preparedness for presidential transitions.

Next week, White House chief of staff Jeff Zients — who also chaired Biden’s 2020 transition effort — will lead the first meeting of the White House Transition Coordinating Council, which consists of senior White House policy, national security and management officials, as required by the Presidential Transition Act.

The most DISHONORABLE people 'infest' the Biden administration including Biden and his boss Obama, so in light of their history of disrespecting the American people and ignoring the constitution at every opportunity, this must just be to appear lawful and respectful of the way it's supposed to be.

All for appearance, because the last time Obama did the same thing by pretending to uphold all these things, but behind the scenes scheming illegally to cause great harm to Trump when he transitioned. And that has not stopped.

I would think that planning for such a contingency in the election year would be SOP for any administration. It'd be irresponsible to not have such a plan in place in a normal world.

This, however, is not a "normal" world in which we are living.

He's not in control anyway, so the real question is, What are his handlers planning.

It's supposed to be, but an important point is that it is supposed to be done in good faith, not with intent to cause harm to the incoming administration like Obama and Biden did. You see, Obama and Biden don't give a rat's @ss about the people of America, and this is easily proven since even if America (the people!) vote against THEM and elect someone else they don't like, they don't walk away exercising good sportsmanship congratulating the winner, they plot against the winner with malice, in effect, giving the middle finger to all the voters that said NO to them.

Same as those officials in states that remove someone from the ballot showing they don't care to allow voters to decide.

Young’s letter is nearly identical to the one sent four years ago by Trump administration acting director Russell Vought, for a transition process that started out orderly, but derailed when then-President Donald Trump refused to concede his defeat to Biden. It took until Nov. 23, two weeks after the election was called, for Trump’s General Services Administration to name Biden as the “apparent winner” of the 2020 race — a required step for the transition to begin.

Seriously, this transition team is supposed to be set up, so one would like to believe that's all it is.

And shall I bring up how our enemies and allies alike make fun of Biden on late TV? Sure they did the same with Trump, but the skits I have seen, have been way more brutal of 46 than 45.

But at least they moved on when we went from 45 to 46. Our late night TV shows are still on 45. And when they bring 46 on, it is all ice cream and pudding.

So yeah, I can see them planning to not cede power if they lose in November.

They are working on the program of transitioning by training everyone to screw things up royally if Trump takes over. Sabotage training program is in the works.

To add to your list, these are a few things he said today on the Howard stern show…

- He saved 6 people from drowning as a lifeguard (Lie)
- He received "salacious pictures" from women in the 70s that he handed to Secret Service (Definitely a lie and senators don't have secret service protection)
- That he was arrested as a kid while standing with a black family on their porch as people were protesting desegregation. (Lie)
- That he was "runner-up in state scoring" in football. (Lie)
