This hearing is happening this morning and they're currently in a 20 minute break while the prosecution hashes out an agreement with Trump's team. Sounds like the prosecution will drop their complaint if Trump is willing to agree to keep all the funds in the Schwab account as cash as well as agreeing to a few other provisions.

KSIC was have full control of the Schwab account and it will be maintained as cash. While there are still issues with KSIC, it sounds like this agreement is enough to satisfy the AG.

Yep, a banana republic with kangaroo courts is exactly right. I was reading about the bias in all of the Trump trials last night and it’s really insane, the judges, DA’s, AG’s, prosecutors, FBI, CIA, this administration, down to the jurors are all
Compromised, corrupt and bias to the point, there is no way in hell Trump will ever get a fair trial, it’s just impossible.

Under the original bond, control of the account would be shared between KSIC and Trump. It also allowed for the cash to be swapped out for less secure funding, like mutual bonds, with no warning.
