The Constitution, through the Fourth Amendment, protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government. The Fourth Amendment, however, is not a guarantee against all searches and seizures, but only those that are deemed unreasonable under the law.

The 450 was unreasonable and that’s why it was lowered.
The 4th amendment applies to everyone, it shows no special rights.
If anybody gets special treatment it’s the Dems and the Biden crime family(10% for the big guy), Clinton crime family(Epstein pedo list and bleachbit), Kennedy crime family(Mary Jo Kopechne).

What? If anything was unconstitutional, that will be determined when he appeals. Not before. But I don't think the the 4th Amendment has anything to do with this case.
