Yeah. . . . but at the time she was running, there was never a crime specified.
Well, the crimes are specified now. Lots of them.

The 450 was unreasonable and that’s why it was lowered.
It wasn't lowered.
He still owes the $450.

Yeah, impartial juries in New York.
Prosecuting people until you find a crime.
Enjoy your Banana Republic.

It was lowered for purposes of the appeal process, which isn't over yet. Due Process be Damned! 😀

The appeals court lowered the bond because it was unreasonable.
They actually saved their own butts doing it.
They know it’s a total sham and against the 4th amendment.
There would be an even bigger mess if they actually seize his assets.
He’s going to own New York State on appeal.

But the fact remains that she promised she was not going to use that law on anybody or business again. She was using it to get Trump.
So what? That's what AG candidates do on the campaign trail, they promise to lock up criminals. Donald Trump ran on locking Hillary Clinton up. Trump didn't follow up and James made good on her campaign promise. Good for her. She must have a case, seeing as Trump has leveled every due process trick he can afford to stop the trials, they just keep coming.
The Constitution, through the Fourth Amendment, protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government. The Fourth Amendment, however, is not a guarantee against all searches and seizures, but only those that are deemed unreasonable under the law.
The 450 was unreasonable and that’s why it was lowered.

But the $450 is still owed.
So why are you asking for Trump to be held to a different standard than everyone else in New York?

If Trump was being held to the same standard as everyone else in NY, we wouldn’t be having this conversation now would we? You know it, I know it, everyone knows it.
All these hit jobs on Trump are a pathetic display of the decline of our country and people like you cheer it on, it’s disgusting. You and your toxic twin are the worst on this site when it comes to obnoxious TDS hit pieces. So, I suppose it makes sense.
