Well this IS a conspiracy site, you are gonna get people thinking
"Outside the box" on a lot of topics. It's fun and generates more conversation when someone throws out some other thoughts of what could be going on.
Hacking A Phone's GPS May Have Just Got Easier
For some time it’s been possible to spoof the location of a smartphone or any other device that is connected to a global position system (GPS), but to do so required a sophisticated and often expensive GPS emulator that can cost thousands of dollars.
GPS Is Easy to Hack, and the U.S. Has No Backup
On August 5, 2016, Cathay Pacific Flight 905 from Hong Kong was heading for an on-time arrival at Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport when something unexpected occurred. The pilots radioed air traffic controllers and said they had lost GPS (Global Positioning System) guidance for the final eight nautical miles to “runway right-24.”
Surprised, the controllers told the pilots to land the wide-body Boeing 777-300 using just their own eyes. The crew members pulled it off, but they were anxious the whole way in. Fortunately, skies were mostly clear that day.

The "Security" issues may be with the receivers (equipment) and software and signals once in the "air". The satellites themselves may not be the problem. 😬💥
We'll see what The NTSB says later about the ship's "equipment" and software and maintenance contractors.
MV Dali is a 91,128 gross tonnage container ship, completed in 2015 by Hyundai Heavy Industries, South Korea, for Oceanbulk Container Management of Greece. In 2016 the ship was sold to Grace Ocean Pte Ltd., to be managed and operated by Synergy Marine Group, Singapore, where she was also registered.[3]
Both Dali and Cezanne were delivered to Greek shipowner Oceanbulk Maritime SA in early 2015, for charter by Maersk.[7] Dali was registered in Majuro, Marshall Islands, under the ownership of Stellar Marine LLC, until October 2016 when the ship was sold to Grace Ocean Pte. Ltd. She was reflagged to Singapore where the owner and the manager, Synergy Marine Group, are based.[1]
Chao died on her property in Texas on Feb. 10, 2024, after driving into a pond intoxicated, according to an incident report obtained by the American-Statesman , opens new tab.
Chao was the CEO of Foremost Group , opens new tab, an American shipping company that was owned by her family, but Foremost does not own the Dali.
The container vessel is owned by Singapore’s Grace Ocean Pte Ltd, managed by Synergy Marine Group , opens new tab and chartered by shipping company Maersk.
A spokesperson for the Foremost Group said that Chao “was the CEO of Foremost Group, an American shipping company. She had no affiliation with Grace Ocean.”
Fact Check: Angela Chao was CEO of Foremost Group, not Dali-owner Grace Ocean
COPENHAGEN, March 26 (Reuters) - The Dali container vessel that collided on Tuesday with a bridge in Baltimore was chartered by shipping company Maersk (MAERSKb.CO), opens new tab, the Danish group said in a statement.
"We are horrified by what has happened in Baltimore, and our thoughts are with all of those affected," Maersk said. Maersk's share price fell on the news, trading down 3.2% at 1019 GMT.
The vessel is owned by Singapore's Grace Ocean Pte, according to LSEG data, and managed by Synergy Marine Group. "We are closely following the investigations conducted by authorities and Synergy, and we will do our utmost to keep our customers informed," Maersk said.
Chao had told friends that she’d mixed up “drive” and “reverse” several times in her car before the fatal accident, and it seems she is not alone, according to Business Insider:
BI doesn’t clarify whether Chao was driving a pre-2021 vehicle, or the post-2021 vehicle with the goofy touch screen and complete lack of indicator and PRND stalks — but because the issue revolves around the screen shifting problem, we can assume it was the latter. However, BI found complaints about both modes of gear shifting:
Angela Chao, a shipping industry CEO and sister-in-law to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, was intoxicated when she drove into a pond and died last month in Texas, according to a law enforcement report released Wednesday.
The investigation by the Blanco County Sheriff’s Office concluded that Chao's death was an “unfortunate accident” and her blood alcohol level was nearly three times the state's legal limit.
A conspiracy, also known as a plot, is a secret plan or agreement between people for an unlawful or harmful purpose, such as murder, treason, or corruption, especially with a political motivation, while keeping their agreement secret from the public or from other people affected by it. In a political sense, conspiracy refers to a group of people united in the goal of usurping, altering or overthrowing an established political power. Depending on the circumstances, a conspiracy may also be a crime, or a civil wrong. The term generally connotes, or implies, wrongdoing or illegality on the part of the conspirators, as it is commonly believed that people would not need to conspire to engage in activities that were lawful and ethical, or to which no one would object.

Yes it is hilarious believing that nefarious people hacked Air Force gps satellites in order to crash a ship & kill a woman via her Tesla that has nothing to do with the shipping company’s ship that hit the bridge.
