That is something people made up, just like Avicii and Anthony Bourdain being killed for the same reasons.

First vid talks about depression. Nothing to do with a documentary.

Second vid has the caption followthewhiterabbit_official. Obviously biased.

Third vid doesn't add anything to the theory.

Fourth vid also doesn't prove that he was working with Chester on a documentary.

I did see an interview with his wife, a while ago, and she said she could tell he had relapsed and she asked what he had taken so she could inform the people at the hotel. She also said he complained of his tinnitus just getting worse.

Care, I was listening to an X spaces about Pavlov's arrest... It appears this is only one prong of a number of coordinated attacks upping the Ante to suppress freedom of speech (Spaces recording):

a) UK court and prison system allegedly being biasedly used to suppress indigenous complaints of immigrants crime,

b) Andrew and Tristan Tates' arrests and jail in Romania just after appearing on Candace Owen's X space because they are making American youth question why they should join a military that aids the deep state aggressive agenda of imperialism and control,

c) New Zealand and US reinterpreting law to classify copyright as fraud; turning it from a civil into a criminal case in order to justify extraditing Kim Dotcom's to U.S. (he has one last appeal left),

d) Also, previously, Julian Assange's imprisonment in UK.

Pavlov owns and controls Telegram which is encrypted and has no back doors for intelligence agencies. In Pavlov's interview with Tucker Carlson he describes how a U.S. intelligence agency tried to engage one of his engineers to get control of the source code and information on which open source code libraries it uses. This arrest in France is likely at U.S. request as a precursor to extradition too. It appears they are trying to apply leverage to get Pavlov to allow back doors but that he will resist this.

As an aside, there is a theory that Telegram was deliberately written, by Snowden aka Mark Pool aka Phil Godewski, to use his knowledge from NSA to evade their censorship and control.
