In reply, please let us know what parallels you see in the current RICO-based effort against Trump’s property, businesses, wealth, and things of appeal or beauty.

No parallels whatsoever , to suggest there are does a dis-service to the innocent people who suffered through those events.

Trumps problems are a result of Trumps actions , making up false comparisons with what happened to Jews during the Nazi takeover is beyond belief.

Some still in jail after all this time.

We’ve given you the rational explanation of how these cases are bogus and unprecedented, especially in the NY cases, many times. At this point you don’t get any more wasted breath. Anybody can ignore the truth and make up stories for their feels.

Then you are just looking at part of picture and it is due to how th OP presented it. If we add in NYC and Trump together it fits more. A broken justice system that does not prosecute criminals is helping spiral things into a very similar situation. All in the name of "equity"!!! Unchecked crime causing law abiding people numerous problems. On the other hand we have the Trump trial and the headline seeking DA. Why are they acting like bankrupting Trump is going to help anything there? Ole Letticia is trying the same type of thing with businesses NOT EVEN IN THE STATE! 1100 people being arrested for their actions and working their way through the judicial system is comparable to tens of thousands of people essentially being sentenced to death without any kind of trial simply because of the circumstances of their birth?

This is why it’s such a popular pastime on the left.

No, you really haven't. They broke the law, they got caught, admitted it and got prison sentences. End of story. If the boot had been on the other foot, if they had been Clinton supporters in 2017, you would have wanted the book thrown at them for riot & affray, or worse.
I'm sick and tired of trump supporters wailing about how hard done by their corrupt, bloated, god is. It was bad enough with some threads in 2020 that said that trump was about to be reinstated because of [insert unconstitutional nonsense here].
Comparing trump's situation now to Kristallnacht is ludicrous and offensive.

Most of the 1100 being arrested, overcharged, oversentenced, and held in conditions never seen before in America.

So yes, very similar in their abuse of power and people.

They are being held in the same prison and under the same conditions that thousands of other prisoners have been held.

If they were being overcharged then a jury of their peers would not have found them guilty. And in many cases they are actually being sentenced for less time than sentencing guidelines dictate to the point that the DOJ is appealing some of their sentences.

They cheered on the arrest of the J20 protesters when though no property damage occurred until after they had been arrested and occurred blocks away.

They cried when the charges against the J20 protesters were dropped because it was discovered the DOJ, working with Project Veritas, had fabricated evidence.
