leave a 40 foot wide crater, and 1600 ft blast radius of destruction
10's of thousands of FAB 1500's from the cold war, just bolt on kit
starting mass production of FAB-3000
and if ukraine had working air defense ... they would have ELECTRIC

Hydrogen bombs are thermonuclear bombs - 2-stage weapons with the primary stage being a small fission implosion device, and the secondary stage being a fusion/fission radiation implosion device. The x-rays from the primary detonation serve to ablate and turn into plasma the polystyrene filler that surrounds the secondary stage, causing it to expand, thus imploding the fusion fuel lithium-6 deuteride/tritium in the secondary and setting off the thermonuclear detonation.
