In western countries the public media have really only been marginalized since the Internet came into existence. There is certainly no discussion of nuclear attacks on neighboring countries on "state" television. Propaganda is everywhere i know but there are different levels. This is the low point:

I agree, it's the fact that we have some members here stating a known government controlled and run media is telling the truth and saying that our media is far worse. Our media maybe run by privately owned people with an agenda but it's a bit more free than those actual state run and owned, dont you think?

The first being...that you would never sensor or have removed any conversation we might have together...that it would stand on it's own and that we could speak freely...and honestly about virtually any topic under this great sun of ours...

The second being...that if I offered the hand of friendship to you...which I have...you would also honor that hand extended...and not seek to sensor those honest feelings either...
Rather...you would...and have...responded in genuine humility...and friendship returned...

The third thing being...I enjoy our conversations together...You have a unique mind...not unlike my own...that is fed on the edification of knowledge...and learning...and it's continual...non ending search...

Speaking for myself only...I am a veritable sponge when it comes to learning...I absolutely love to attempt to understand this amazing universe in which we find ourselves...and to also attempt to quantify my own existence...and how it reflects on this very small part I play within it...

It's still morning here...so I'll raise a glass to you when I get home and can relax while sipping blueberries and maple Sortilege...over ice...
