Steven Sund, who stepped down on 1/8, He has done 4 inangurations and was key in creating the DHS National Response Outlines to follow. He instructed USSS. He taught about the incident Command System at GWU.

He knew his #. He requested troops ON 1/6 and was denied.

Sund asked for troops also on 1/3 and was denied stating it was bad optics.

In 2023 he argued that intelligence officials were responsible for the Capitol attack, and that they had neglected to properly share warnings about the potential of the event becoming violent.

There was never an insurrection.

If those national guard personnel were authorized per the direction of the president and then failed to respond or participate in a timely manner, that would suggest at some point, the command was intercepted or reversed. Someone effectively said "my word and station carries more authority than the president" and I want to know exactly who said it and who was in the room when that dialogue happened.

He had no issue in 2020 unilaterally calling in over 5000 LEO and NG fully equipped with air support. He certainly could have done so again, or at least called after everyone in his orbit begged him to.

Specifically Flynn, Pelosi, and Bowser. Military, executive and local federal instrument. There may be others but those are the big names with direct oversight and thus criminally negligent, at best. But they won't be prosecuted or even investigated because it's (d)ifferent from how Trump had every intention of asserting his constitutional authority to assemble necessary police resources and defend the capitol from ba(d) actors who desperately wanted to ignite the powder keg and frame Mr Trump. If not for patriotic keyboard sleuths, independent media channels and the 1st amendment protecting both, they would have gotten away with it. Just like the pandemic.
