His complicity remains to be established.

Might not be too surprised to find he was out on the chorie all on his own.

And if he stole the vehicles then he's as much a crook as anybody else involved, 11 or otherwise.

Thankfully I have my 89 Mk 1 Mazda Mx5. Owned for best part of 20 odd years. Or, Miata as you call them?

Mazda bought a couple of Lotus Elan's, took them to Japan and reengineered them so they didn't break down and leak oil over your drive!

She's pink. Or, when I drive it (it's Mrs Carpy's) - Candy Apple Red. (Cough). Except on Tuesdays, obviously.....

At 11 all the same it would be like secure unit/accommodation/home I should imagine at worst.

I know a few people who have been through the care system.

Let's just say its a hit-and-miss experience where many horrible things are possible.

I have a friend who was in care as a kid and I have to put my fingers in my ears when he comes out with what he saw /went through in kids homes it is that horrific , he did OK and got himself letters after his name when 80 % of the people he was in care with ended up dead ! .

I talked to my sister earlier when we were out for a meal about this 11 year old kid as this is her line of work and she thinks he will get a slap on the wrist and a telling off , or as she put it they are up to a lot lot worse these days .
