Gold Star Dad Who Lost 2 Sons due to Joe Biden - Is Arrested for Yelling at Biden during the SOTU.

This is not the first time someone has YELLED at a President while he's giving a speech, but it's the first time I remember someone being arrested for yelling...or doing anything else unusual, while a U.S. President is delivering the annual State of the Union address.

Gold Star dad arrested after heckling Biden during State of the Union
The heckler who shouted at President Biden during his State of the Union address Thursday night was identified as the father of a fallen Marine — and was later arrested over the disruption.

“America’s safer today than when I took office,” Biden, 81, was in the middle of saying before he was interrupted from the chamber’s balcony.

“Abbey Gate!” Steve Nikoui yelled down at the president. “Second Battalion, First Marines!”

Capitol Police escorted Nikoui, 51, out of the chamber around 10:15 p.m. and took him into custody.

Was it appropriate for Mr. Nikoui to be arrested? Both Donald Trump and Barack Obama were "disrespected" by a member of the audience during their State of the Union speeches. To the best of my knowledge, neither interrupter was arrested. Hmmm...🤔

Wonder what's the difference between doing this in a free country and country similar to NK ? We're well on the way to becoming another communist/third world hellhole IMO. This poor father lost two sons and the scrummy POS that's been planted doesn't even have the decency to address this poor man. Instead he has him arrested. Even if he had nothing to do with the arrest, he didn't address the issue of why he was yelling in the first place and what.

What about the the group of "protester" that had the capability of stopping a U.S. Prez motorcade? They were yelling at the DBag......any of them get arrested?

Yes indeed, this is typical behavior of many past leaders of other countries, and current ones when they are questioned about their obvious lies. Everyone in the entire world knows America is NOT safer since Joe Biden became whatever he thinks he is.

I'm counting on the Supreme Court ruling that former Presidents CAN BE ARRESTED and PUT ON TRIAL for actions they took, or didn't take (but should have), When they were President.

Joe Biden will have many MANY criminal charges brought against him! Trump/Barr didn't implement these new execution methods for no reason...

New Execution Methods for Trump 2.0... put in place after Joe/Democrat's 2020 steal was successful.

The current crop of government leaders (Dems and Repubs) wouldn't be able to build America to what it became, if they were in charge during the 1800's and early 1900's. Today's government leaders spend most of their time bickering, instead of building and improving.

What? You mean if they was building America today we all would be currently living in bounce houses? Yea, I agree with you. Both side's in this timeframe act like children. That's my beef anyway.

According to DC law he had to be told by law enforcement to stop. Refusal will get you arrested. State of the Union is not the place to demonstrate. But for him I guess paying the 50.00 was worth it to let Biden know he blamed him for his sons death.

Capitol police do not play anymore and very quick to arrest people now so I'm really not surprised

The babbling idiot that had the dad arrested in this case but yeah I agree with the Martha's Vineyard resident as well. It's just hard to sue the shadow.......
