Good lord. Old, senile dude yells at the clouds about old, senile dude yelling at the clouds. This is embarrassing. ~330,000,000 people, and these are our choices.
. . . bring America back to what it used to be, . . .
Back to what and why?
The industrial age is over.
Manufacturing is never coming back.
Lol yes, not going to ever need tools, equipment, furniture, vehicles, homes, clothing, ever again.
The only way manufacturing doesn’t come back is Biden and crew taking bribes to gift all production forever, to China, Vietnam, Russia, etc.
I don't live in fantasyland.
Debatable.

I don't. I have no need to hang on to the past.
You certainly seem to.
You're living in a current fantasyland.
Hardly.
I have no desire to hang on to what was.
Everything progresses and changes -- as it should.

I wouldn't call today progression in any sense of the word unless you hate America, and changes aren't always good.

I really don't understand conservatives; on one hand they make a hudge deal out of the parental right to be the sole source in deciding what is best for their children and on the other hand they have a big problem when a parent decides abortion is best for their child.
You can't have it both ways.
Because killing your unborn child is the best thing for them... Hell yeah man

Really?
Civil Rights Act
Fair Housing Act
Disability Act
Marriage Equality
Equal Pay Act
Age Discrimination in employment act
Bunches of them from 1901 and progressing continuously.

That is a personal judgment call. You can't champagne parental rights to decide what is best for their child and then demand every parent raise their children the exact same way you would. The two concepts are antithetical.

Everything?
Also, you are not accepting that not all progression is good. We have been seeing lately a bunch of progressive changes that are not good, so what about the ones that truly suck... You want to change for change's sake and not want improvements too.

Today, no one in the US is discriminated against or at least not legally. However, it is continually pushed by the Progressives that there are still issues.
Where have not progressed?
Education
Infrastructure
Longevity
The Dollar
Religion
Medical Discoveries
Technical Discoveries
Morality
Instead, it is now ok for a 43 year old man with a dick to use the same gym locker as an 11 year old girl or be a 17 year old black girl that can kill an Uber driver and get 18 months or attend a drag show at your toddlers day care or be arrested and sued because you will not make a cake based on your own beliefs while being white and being told you are the greatest threat to our country.
Woodrow Wilson would be proud.

I guess the key phrase here is "raising your children". I expect parents to be responsible and do what they can to give their children the best life they can. I've seen it done many times by parents who weren't ready to be parents and got pregnant by accident. They didn't take the easy way out and abort the child they thought would burden their lives for 2 decades.

Open borders
Pushing adult sexual situations to kids
Allowing kids to make lifelong fundamental decisions too early in life
Progressive prosecutors
Could go on and on, but the bigger one is when the left has had an initial good idea they just keep it going until it is out of control and drifts off into chaos...
Now your turn...name 4 recent good ones...

Good for them and you; not everyone is going to agree with you and Parents ought to have the right to choose what is best for their children.

Who has national geographic and playboy in their garage these days?
No one hides sex; its sold to children by Hollywood and TikTok every minute of the day. Free porn, much more intimate then playboy ever was, is a click away for everyone.
Did I get transported back to 1955?

When have we ever had open borders?
Personally, I think kids should know that sex is more than a missionary position -- and not what they can pick up from National Geographics or Playboy in their dad's garage.
Why do we hide sex? Isn't it a natural normal part of life?
