Admittedly not the outcome I was hoping for, but as I've said all along, our opinions as plebes mean nothing. SCOTUS will decide and we all have to go along with what was decided. And here we are...lol

Unfortunately this is good and bad for Trump , Now they have to find another way to keep him out of the election I bet they try and have him arrested for something or even worse I wouldn't put anything passed them at this point .

This is what I'm worried about. The Democrat media have their lemmings frothing at the mouth. There's no telling how unhinged they're going to get in the coming months.

Just spitballing here:

What does this ruling change?

Nothing.

If we are being honest, I do not expect some states to follow this ruling.

Biden is still canceling student debt even though the courts ruled it unconditional.

MSNBC Headline right now - "Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson 'protest' majority in Colorado Trump ballot case". The headline wasn't that Trump won and that Colorado lost it's bid to keep Trump off the ballot. Nope. It's that the liberals on the court 'protest' against the majority even though the liberals actually agreed with the majority.

Who the hell watches MSNBC anyways? WOW.

Where in the cases and arguments was that specifically "challenged" or "questioned" and "argued" largely enough to force a Supreme Court ruling? ❓

He must really be in your head to go ahead with the creation of a meme and why are you and others attempting to single out others just because they may have different perspectives? Very authoritarian like wouldn't you agree?

WOW ... she doubled down on being stupid, saying she disagreed with the SCOTUS. Shows she doesn't know the Constitution.

The left and right could always run a viable candidate if they wanted to beat Trump.

I think he was a garbage president, not the worst, but far from the best… but the only people anyone can get mad at is the parties from running tired old candidates that the public has time and time again shown their disinterest in.

Maybe both parties will burn down after this. I doubt it with our goldfish population, but a man can dream.

By all measures, Trump is the preferred candidate.

So while I'm a fan of the statement that "they" could always run a better candidate, we saw what they've brought in Clinton and with Biden.

(and of course all the chances the plundered from the likes of other past D candidates....)

The creation of a meme might take great effort for you, but it took about 20 seconds for me.

Keep coping, though.

And no, telling him he can't post would be authoritarian. Ridiculing him for his posts is free speech. You are also free to post what you want, but I'd leave those big boy words to others if I were you. You don't understand them. The Democrats are the authoritarians in this case.

And even the ones on the right who didn’t want Trump, they couldn’t muster someone forward that could command an audience… though, I think the smart candidates sat this one out so they didn’t split their possible base for 2028.

"The three liberal justices -- Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson -- in a concurring opinion, said while they agreed the Colorado decision couldn’t stand, they were at odds with the court's majority over their determination that only Congress can enforce Section 3.

Allowing Colorado to keep Trump off the ballot, they agreed, would "create a chaotic state-by-state patchwork, at odds with our Nation’s federalism principles. That is enough to resolve this case."

Imagine how corrupt and partisan the judges of the states that wanted to remove Trump are if even these 3 agreed with the ruling..

Absent Trump, there was a clear representation of the full spectrum of "right side" politics.

From the RINO Haley to the populist Vivek. Very specific differences from candidate to candidate.

Yet, a good measure of the population doesn't value ANY of their politics and policy. So what do they have on offer?

The very similar puppets like Biden, Clinton, Newsome, Obama, Whitmer ect.

Bernie was bought off and RFK is a pariah.

Just a few notable examples.
