Hur said multiple times in his report that he had no evidence of intent and as a result could not show any law had been broken.

Neglect is intent.

But it's not needed as there are better examples, such as:

"Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,"

Is Biden above the law?

lol, Nope. The Primary reason no charges where brought against Biden is his mental cognitive state. He is incapable of standing trial.

Just more deflection I see.
I don't see us having a complete conversation when you have the feeling that a criminal is above the law when said individual is absolutely not.

I'm trying to find the standard you are applying as far as "criminal" and "above the law" as they are clearly in conflict with my understanding of the terms.

Or how about...say things and back them up.
None of you have ever presented anything other then opinion pieces that only admit to crimes committed yet try to justify them.

Say something meaningful perhaps.
You say many things and only use your emotions often.

So If I file documents and say my house is worth 500k but my appraiser and the bank comes in at 450k.....That's fraud?

The only real estate fraud was the evaluation of MAL by a judge who used to drive a cab. Real qualified....

The banks even testified there was no fraud and that is who they are saying he duped.

How hard is this all to explain?
