"Are courts and justices fallible?"

Duh! Yes. That's why we have Appeals. If you can afford to.

Is your justice system rubbish?

Yes it is.

I know, I have watched the documentaries LA Law and as much of Suits as I could without throwing up.

No one person is above the law.

How many instances would I need to post to change your mind?

I'm not familiar with those documentaries.

But at least you can admit that the system is rubbish and that courts/justices are fallible.

Then my next question is why is deference given to the courts without question?

Well, lets start with the topic de jour.

That being the Hur report where it states that Joe broke the law.

Yet, no charges recommended.

Is Biden above the law?

Please detail how Biden broke the law?
And explain how Trump during and after did not do so.

It's in the Hur report.

For arguments sake, assume what I said is true.

Is Biden above the law?

Joe Biden willfully retained and shared highly classified information when he was a private citizen, including about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan.

Trump is being charged on it Joe isn't, do you know why?

You only understand what you want to hear?

Not complaining. Just stating a fact.

I have no love for Biden.

As I have consistently said " a plague on both their houses".

Understood?

Hur said multiple times in his report that he had no evidence of intent and as a result could not show any law had been broken.

Do you understand that it is you who made the claim that no one is above the law.

I provided an example.

Prove to me that you are able to carry out a conversation. Then perhaps you'll be ready for higher level discussions and definitions like "deflection."
