Border bill was terrible . What was good about it ? It was probably the wiser deal I’ve ever seen , anyone who thought that was a good idea probably never made it past middle school .

The Statue of Liberty talks about immigration yes, but that is legal immigration. You said it yourself these are ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. As soon as they cross the border, not at a checkpoint, they are here illegally and are criminals. There is a process they must go through to get here legally, and they are bypassing that.

And worse than that, our "president" is letting them do it, then awarding them for doing so.

If we took all of the windows and doors off of your house and just started letting anyone and everyone live there for free, then pay them to be there, all the while you and your family are pushed out onto the street so as to not hinder these migrants from having a place to live. Would you not have a problem with that?

I'm fine with that as long as they come *legally*!

Just like my grandparents did.

They came from Norway, Italy and Scotland. Immigrated legally, worked very hard and built good lives for themselves and their families without ever seeking any money or help of any kind from the US government.

Why can't the immigrants of today at least try to do the same?
