Reverting back to medieval times, when criminal bands existed outside of any control and had their own territories. Of note, borders were also more porous in the times before the establishment of nation-states.

You are exactly right, illegal aliens sneaking into the country are not immigrants, they are breaking the law to get in. I am all for reasonable immigration since our population has been shrinking, but they need to be vetted properly and come in legally. Illegals sneaking in do not pay taxes or social security, they work for cash. Then years later, they start working and paying into social security and work ten years and collect social security. Most people work for most of their lives and pay in to social security, that is how they gain money to pay social security. The social security rate is based on many more than ten years of contribution into social security by the majority of workers, not based on only forty quarters of contribution which bases your check amount.

Your illegal aliens are asylum seekers. Process them and if they fail the litmus test send them back to Mexico.

Retroactively remove the law that allows them to use privilege to make bank.
