If it's "military revolts" you're after that may well tick the box.

Ask Putin, he's the one who ordered Russian troops into an independent country.

Why not talk and negotiation?

Putin has stated that Ukraine has to agree to Russia keeping all the territory it currently occupies as a precondition to any talks.
That isn't negotiating, that is demanding capitulation.
