If the standard of law being applied to Trump was applied to ALL politicians, I'd have zero problems.
It IS being applied equally to all Presidents who have ever been indicted for illegally attempting to stay in power by subverting the peaceful transfer of power after their term ended.
Turns out there's only one, and he's orange, if that gives you a hint.

Even if SCOTUS takes up the case, we're still on schedule for the trial to start by August and wrap up in October.
There's also the possibility they choose to take up the case but don't issue a stay. A stay requires five justices voting in its favor, while voting to consider the case only requires four.
Do you even realize how stupid you look right now?

I hear that Trump, besides interviewing attorneys for his defamation appeal, is going to need someone to appeal this ruling to the Supreme Court. I'm wonder how many posters who obtained their legal degrees by staying at the ATS Holiday Inn will take up this noble call of service?

Working for Trump has got to be way better than having to bang Fani Willis for a paycheck.

Check with the Liberal Cracker Jack “lawyers” here.
What's your strategy for the appeal? On what grounds should the very unfairly persecuted Donald Trump ask the Supreme Court for relief?

At some point the deluded Liberal’s case will probably fall apart on its own.

If Republican Lawyers were smart
They're not, and that's why Rudy Giuliani is now bankrupt.
Republican voters aren't very smart either, and that's why they keep voting for Trump.
This is how a country end's up when it values its corporate handouts above its educational system, lot's of stupid people and and a bunch of clowns on both sides of the Government!
With so many cases overturned, the Ninth Circuit faced an unusually high reversal rate of 94% for the October 2020 term. The Ninth’s average reversal rate since 2007 was just 79%. The last time the Ninth had a higher reversal rate was in 1985, when 25 of 26 cases were overturned.

What does the Ninth Circuit have to do with the DC Circuit?

Here's the thing you need to remember, SCOTUS isn't taking up a case unless they know there's a good chance it's going to be overturned. SCOTUS gets hundreds, if not thousands of petitions, every year and all but a small handful get rejected.
Meaning the lower court's ruling stands in the vast majority of cases that petition the SCOTUS.
