I'm biased against Republicans and Democrats, so I rejoice when they suffer misery. And I rejoice further when their sad adherents fail to grasp the very simple mechanics of what actually motivates the majority of people. Hint: It isn't policies at this point.

Sounds like Dershowitz has been drinking again. This ruling does not destroy the concept of Presidential immunity. It is extremely narrow in scope and pretty much only applies to this exact case.

No idea what they will decide. But in my experience being asked hard questions sometimes means they want to firm up their judgement in your favor?I don't know. I gave up second guessing years ago.

If I had to guess, I think Trump will win.
