I received word U.S. Aircraft is carpet bombing Syria right now, can anyone confirm?
--
Notice:
The U.S. is carpet bombing Syria right now.

-planes bombing multiple locations in al-Haydriya al-Shabli, and suburbs of Deir al-Zour in eastern Syria.

Multiple civilians deaths including women and children.
-
This is happening now.
-
This will go down in history quickly as an extremely bad decison.

Conducting simultaneous strikes at different sites with precision guided weapons is not "carpet bombing".

Quite the opposite, actually.

Response from your source:

"Honestly getting to the point were I am expecting a report of B-52's launching from the Eisenhower to start circulating. "

JUST IN - A US Department of Defense official told Sky News Arabia: B-1 bombers left Lakenheath Air Base in Britain on a mission towards the Middle East.

This is the only thing I can find on X/Twitter reported by Insider Paper whoever they are!

The above came from this source.... again, no idea if it is reputable......

Not as though its the first time US have done this. They did it, albeit a different area, back in Oct/Nov last year.

Networks are just reporting retaliatory airstrikes in Syria.
Nothing about carpet bombing...but likely precision-guided missiles.

Early fog of war here.

EDIT: Syria reports 8 targets hit with 6 people reported dead.

This sort of thing is just getting ridiculous now. if it gets any worse, I expect carpet bombing to be used to describe a US Marine throwing a grenade.

Really doubt 'carpet bombing'.
Precision strikes? That's more likely.

NYPost is reporting it as well.
"The US military has begun striking targets linked to Iranian proxy groups in Syria after a drone attack killed three American soldiers in Jordan this past weekend."

There were a coupke or 4 of them here at the end of last year.... but at Fairford.
Who knows if they were at Lakenheath just for 'stop-over' refuelling. Just speculating.

Like maybe something exploded before it was supposed to? Is this the birth of a new conspiracy?
