A great story not under oath like in a courtroom when she lost. đ
Very convincing. đ

Carroll originally came out with her story in 2019, detailing the alleged incident, claiming that Trump sexually assaulted her in a Bergdorf-Goodman dressing room in the mid-1990s: âCarroll said Trump followed her to a fitting room at the store, shoved her against a wall, pulled down her tights and, âforcing his fingers around my private area, thrusts his penis halfway â or completely, Iâm not certain â inside me.'â
Trump has vehemently denied the allegation over the years, prompting these defamation suits by Carroll.
âItâs just as bad for people to believe it, particularly when there is zero evidence,â Trump said in 2019 when the allegations first arose. âWorse still for a dying publication to try to prop itself up by peddling fake news â itâs an epidemic.â
âIf anyone has information that the Democratic Party is working with Ms. Carroll or New York Magazine, please notify us as soon as possible,â Trump wrote. âThe world should know whatâs really going on. It is a disgrace, and people should pay dearly for such false accusations.â
Despite the odd things about Carrollâs story â and a stunning lack of evidence â she was awarded tens of millions of dollars, which Trump supporters say shows just how scary the justice system has become if one is a targeted individual.

Holding powerful men accountable takes a mountain of evidence
For example, Irin Carmon, who, along with Amy Brittain, exposed Charlie Rose for an alleged decades-long pattern of sexual harassment, had pursued the story for years.
When their exposĂŠ appeared in the Washington Post, it was built on accusations from eight women, three on the record.
Carmon and Brittain found consistency across the womenâs stories and strong corroboration of each account:
EXPOSED: E. Jean Carroll Has Accused SIX Men Of Sexual Assault and/or Rape â Including Former CEO of CBS
E. Jean Carroll, besides her accusations against Donald Trump, has also accused Les Moonves, the former CEO of CBS, of sexual assault. In her book âWhat Do We Need Men For? A Modest Proposal,â she detailed an incident involving Moonves. Carroll described that, during an interview for an Esquire profile in 1997, Moonves allegedly groped her in an elevator at the Hotel Nikko in Beverly Hills. She characterized his actions as aggressive, comparing him to an octopus due to his manner of touching her. Moonves has emphatically denied these allegations. These are the only notable public figures Carroll has accused of sexual misconduct other than Donald Trumpââââ.
Yes, E. Jean Carroll has also accused several other individuals of sexual misconduct, including a babysitterâs boyfriend, a dentist, a camp counselor, an unnamed college date, and an unnamed boss.
Hoffman, who has donated to President Bidenâs campaign as well as a pro-Nikki Haley PAC, also has ties to Epstein, even visiting âLittle Saint James. âThis is wildly ironic, given Hoffmanâs supposed devotion to championing women.
In particular, the Journal details Hoffmanâs relationship with Epstein, revealing that he visited Epstein Island and later was scheduled to stay overnight at Epsteinâs Upper East Side townhouse in December 2014.

A jury has found former President Donald Trump liable for battery and defamation in the E. Jean Carroll case.
Carroll, who brought the lawsuit in November, alleged that Trump defamed her in his 2022 Truth Social post by calling her allegations "a Hoax and a lie" and saying "This woman is not my type!" when he denied her claim that Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s.

Rudy and VDH Debrief on the New Lawfare Era Showcased by the E Jean Carroll Nonsense
Rudy Giuliani brought up some good points that were surreptitiously also noted by Victor Davis Hanson. As Giuliani noted in an interview with Newsmax, the core elements of the E Jean Carroll claims never made any sense.
Specifically, Carroll couldnât even put a date or YEAR on her claims against Donald Trump, but that really didnât matter in a civil case where the New York state legislature literally wrote a new law that permitted the lawsuit against Donald Trump.
Victor Davis Hanson makes some of the same points, only with a little more detail:
âThe civil suit serves as a mere preview of four additional leftwing criminal prosecutions, leftwing judges, and leftwing juries to comeâall on charges that would never had been filed if Trump either had not run for president or been a liberal progressive.
Yet here we are.
The E. Jean Carroll case is the most baffling of all five. She, the alleged victim, did not remember even the year in which the purported sexual assault took place, nearly three decades ago. Observers have pointed out dozens of inconsistencies in her story.
It was never clear what were the preliminaries that supposedly (Trump denies meeting her) led both, allegedly, willingly to retreat together to a department store dressing room, where during normal business hours the alleged violence took place.
Moreover, the sexual assault complaint came forward decades post factoâand only after Trump was running for and then president.

How do you find a judge willing to host a trial, if there is no strong evidence presented by the plaintiff? The attorneys just start contacting judges until they get one who will take the case?
