I believe it’s because his lawyer is horrible. He simply wanted a malleable lawyer, not one that HE would need to listen to.

$83 million he's been ordered to pay this time by the looks of it.

This is the same guy who supposedly has sex with a Porn Star (later she said nothing happened) and got money back from her for the case.

She is not a victim and should be ashamed of taking millions from someone for nothing when there are real victims out there who never get a day in court. She should take the winnings and create a trust-fund and non-profit for women who are raped or abused. You could help a lot of people with that.
