Probably they are some sort of Jellyfish-like life-form that has originated in space/the void since there also have been NASA recordings in space and our upper atmosphere of similar beings.

With a overly anxious of intelligent-extra-terrestrial-life and technology military-analytical approach, towards analyzing-identifying the unidentified aerial phenomenon.

To make a 3D video they would need either a 3D camera or two videos from slightly different points of view.
If they didn't have either then this cannot be a real 3D view of the object.
