These cities and mayors want the title of being a "sanctuary city", without having to perform the duties of being one.

There is no attack on Dem run cities. If you haven't noticed, they are the only cities that are wanting to claim they are a "sanctuary city". Rep run cities know they don't have the infrastructure and support capabilities to house these people.

If you want to talk the talk, you better walk the walk.

sadly, the mechanisms that should exist to point this out in all it's hypocrisy, is broken by the same system. MSM. If it's not reported right, then opinions can be very malleable. When you have a clown telling you there is no clown, who do you believe?

I have yet to see anything in the last, I don't know how many years, that was reported 100% accurate.

Things are swayed so far one way or the other, usually for absolutely no reason, and most people can't tell you why things are wrong. They just go along with the narrative that is being shoved down their throats at every turn.

Everyone is aware that when they start crying racism, they're admitting there's no logical support for their side of the issue. Even their supporters know this, they just won't say it because they're so fanatically dedicated to the "cause."

Start calling the fake outrage what it is: it's fake. Everyone knows it's fake.

They are those that do not agree with the national immigration policies, and ignore immigration status of anyone there, and think that anyone should be let in. So we let them in and bus them straight into their cities. But then they want to whine and complain that they can't support this many people.

We all are very well aware of what they mean when they call themselves a sanctuary city and what they want to achieve with that status. As said before, they want the title without performing the duties that goes along with that name.


But, then again, they cannot support the millions of illegals being let in by the current admin but expect other states and cities to do it for them so they don't have to worry about altering their way of life.

You left off a close on the italicization, so the posts below yours ended up in italics.

And I would guess that a sanctuary city would not try and eject people from the country if they are undocumented. I imagine that the city authorities would instead try and get the documentation done and get these people taxed, protected by the law, and integrated.

All the complaining is a red herring fake outrage PR strategy. The NWO plans are going exactly like they want. These big cities want some extra money from looted treasuries. EVERYTHING we see on MSM is planned and scripted. 😀

Trump doubled down on the ideology.

If the Feds want state, county and city officials and facilities to accommodate their needs and duties, then they need legislation to implement federal duties to non-federal state and county facilities and employees and pay for it. If an inmate, who is an illegal, for example, serves their time for the crime they were convicted of, and it's time for them to be released, it isn't the duty of the state or county to keep that prisoner in jail, fed, clothed and medicated, until the feds get their act together to come and get the guy.

Texas get $1.6 billion from the feds to handle immigration programs in the states. New York City only get $140 million. Mayor Adams is asking for $3 billion now, in light of everything, including Abbott's plan to bus immigrants to New York City.

The key to sanctuary cities participating in federal immigration duties is MONEY.
