she suspended her decision, dem ones don't like publishing truth,

Given the compressed timeframe, the novel constitutional questions involved, the importance of this case, and impending ballot preparation deadlines, Secretary Bellows has suspended the effect of her decision until the Superior Court rules on any appeal, or the time to appeal has expired.

from the Maine.Gov
Maine Secretary of State Decision in Challenge to Trump Presidential Primary Petitions

and a PDF of her decession, very last page. you've been warned it's a PDF.

Decision in Challenge to Trump Presidential Primary Petitions

he has filed a appeal, and the court hasn't ruled. so at best her decision is pending.

The DEMOCRAT COMPLEX (Media/Politicians/Academia/Hollywood) appears to be increasingly paranoid and desperate.

What does Newsweek news magazine hope to gain with these 2 lies?

Given the nature of the propaganda we are likely to see in the 2024 election, perhaps this should not come as a surprise. However, in an article published today within Newsweek, there is a direct lie about President Trump and the GOP ballot for Colorado and Maine.

Newsweek claims that President Trump “will not appear on the primary ballot in Maine and Colorado."

THIS IS A LIE.

Both states (court and secretary of state) “stayed” their political ruling and arbitrary decisions, which permits Donald Trump to continue appearing on both primary ballots.
More at: theconservativetreehouse.com...

Maybe this is simply a case of an uninformed journalist?

THIS IS A LIE. Writing it caps doesn't make it true as much as you want it to.

So how do you reconcile the fact that multiple other sites contradict what TCT is saying? Better yet, show me where it says either state stayed anything?

You won't be able to because, go figure , a clearly biased site like TCT isn't being honest. This is their claim.

Yet just today your "Moses" did the following:

Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday appealed a ruling by Maine’s secretary of state barring him from the state’s primary ballot over his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.

apnews.com...

Oh look here are multiple other sites supporting reality and not fan fic.

President Donald Trump's representatives say they will soon file an appeal so that he can stay on Maine's 2024 Republican primary ballot.

www.npr.org...

Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday filed an appeal of the decision by Maine’s top election official that he is ineligible to appear on the state’s primary ballot.

I know it isn't your fault that TCT wrote what they did but I am sure you truly validated that claim vs just doing a CP here.

It's suicide for state authorities to deny hundreds of thousands of state citizens the opportunity to vote for their favorite candidate. Suicide and Lunacy.

The liberal Colorado judges and Maine's liberal Secretary of State have seen their best days. Life is all downhill from here on out.

Nothing in your OP has anything to do with a civil war, complete click bait thread. There's nothing in the OP showing any evidence that a violent war is about to happen.

Kind of like during 2020 where pallets of bricks were being found dropped in random places in cities....I was expecting something more a long those lines with your thread title.

The way that is worded is troubling, it could very much be construed to be a threat against public officials...

Who is wanting that "civil war" again? I thought it was the Dems? No?

That (your) response is troubling, because it mirrors the words of fascists and dictators. Civil liberties are trashed more and more, to the point of any words that just begin to defame the dictator are construed as threatening, and so the perps are jailed, interrogated, tortured, then killed.
Just the other day, someone said on Twitter that Joe Biden should be tried for treason and then hung. He was visited by the secret service. Nevermind that what he said is completely arbitrary and non-threatening in actuality. And true.

Making something from nothing, and then running with it as if true is what the democrats do. IT's what they all did with Jan6. They used that and called it an insurrection to propagate their deception.

Oh man......This must be really awkward for you.

Colorado

Though the Colorado Supreme Court said Trump should be kept off the state's presidential primary ballot, it paused its decision, ensuring his name will remain listed until the Supreme Court takes action. Colorado's presidential primary is scheduled for March 5.

The Trump campaign said it would appeal Bellows’ decision to Maine’s state courts, and Bellows suspended her ruling until that court system rules on the case. In the end, it is likely that the nation’s highest court will have the final say on whether Trump appears on the ballot in Maine and in the other states.

POSSIBILITY: CANCEL THE NOVEMBER 2024 ELECTION?

COMPLETE CHAOS IN AMERICA would cancel the November election, enabling President Biden to activate a National Emergency and stay in power, would it not?

McCarthy said the Supreme Court needs to settle “two layers” of the issue to answer whether Trump can be removed from the ballot in the primary and general elections.

“If you have that, I think currently there are about 33 states where you can have some degree of litigation on this issue already. Multiply that by two, if it really is going to be two layers, and then you have fifty states making ad-hoc rules about which procedures have to be applied before someone can be found guilty or this disqualification can attach to them under the 14th Amendment.

You are gonna have true chaos in the run-up to the election,” McCarthy warned.

When Andrew McCarthy talks, I listen, because for years, he's been balanced (and accurate) in his analysis and predictions as a FoxNews "legal expert".
