Where is running for President mentioned in either of those Amendments?

This is where we are at on this argument. On one side....those who believe the Progressive Media. On the other, those who do not. It is soooo easy to see. Go to MSNBC.com. There will be 8 to 9 bylines for Trump. One article talking about how great Biden is.
Donald Trump did not lead an insurrection. If he was a dictator he would have taken over the House. The House stopped longer when the dude pulled the fire alarm than it did on 1/6. The certification did not happen on 1/7...or 1/10....it happened within hours of calling for it.
Are you all ready for COVID 24?

They're baiting you threadbarer. They understand all of this even if they cant accept it.
Best thing would be to just stop posting abvout this until higher courts confirm it. But even then, they'll find some excuse how even higher court doesnt know what they doing. No court, no law, no constitution is good enough if it goes against King Trump.
Resistance if futile. I'm beginning to get this. Not a lot of reason here.

Running for office is a privilege, not a right. If it was a right, how could it be denied because of age or location of birth?

Define liberty.
The term “liberty” appears in the due process clauses of both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution. As used in the Constitution, liberty means freedom from arbitrary and unreasonable restraint upon an individual. Freedom from restraint refers to more than just physical restraint, but also the freedom to act according to one's own will. On numerous occasions the Supreme Court has sought to explain what liberty means and what it encompasses. For example:
