Republicans Drafting Bills to Remove Joe Biden from Ballots in Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania

“We are joining forces to introduce legislation to REMOVE Joe Biden from the ballot in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania,” the lawmakers told Breitbart News. “The absurdity of radical Democrat judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades. By their very own interpretation of the law, Joe Biden is 100% not eligible to run for political office.”

“Democrats’ insane justification to remove Trump can just as easily be applied to Joe Biden for his ‘insurrection’ at the southern border and his alleged corrupt family business dealings with China,” they continued.

“Colorado radicals just changed the game and we are not going to sit quietly while they destroy our Republic. To be clear, our objective is to showcase the absurdity of Colorado’s decision and allow ALL candidates to be on the ballot in all states,” they wrote.

I'm not so sure this is the right way to go about it, but it does highlight the sheer madness and TDS on the left, as well as a constitutional crisis our country would be in if every state took away the peoples choice and supplanted it with no choice at all, which is what Colorado has done.

I have little doubt this legislation will fail before it hits the floor of the state houses and the SC will overturn Colorado's stupidity, but the bigger picture to me is the glaring statement by democrats that individual choice is anathema to them. They want to tell you what to think and what you're allowed to say, as well as who you are. 2+2 equals what we say it equals.

Judges who make partisan and politically motivated rulings should be impeached and have their pension taken from them.

I have said it repeatedly, and I'll say it again. There is a war on for the soul of this nation.

I agree this is not a good idea. Just imagine we got a little over 11 months to the general election.

The other day someone mentioned this in a thread and I was completely against it because it’s illegal what Colorado did to Trump and it would be illegal to do it to Biden.
And I also mentioned that no Dem supporters or anti-Trumpers here would ever say the same thing and I was 100% correct.
Every one of them here is jumping for joy that Colorado did this to Trump and they want it to happen in more states.

I’ve seen many Liberals on Twitter or X, literally in a euphoric state of mind thinking Trump will be banned from the ballots in all 50 states and are completely fine with it.

After seeing all that, now I say F them all, let them remove Biden from as many states as they can just to squash these assholes hurt feelz again.

I'm pretty sure such legislation would be struck down as a "bill of attainder". A bill of attainder is a legislative act that targets an individual by name, without due process, and is specifically prohibited in the Constitution. Trump was not taken off the Colorado ballot by a law; it was done under a provision in the Constitution, and the provision does not mention any one specific individual. It applies to anyone who engages in insurrection after having taken an oath to the Constitution.

Much of the ANTIFA crowd is more socialist with many just plan anarchists that have moved on to other things. Maybe they are older and actually have a job now...lol

BLM has been revealed as the scam it has always been and I think many once supporting it are embarrassed now to even suggest they remotely did.

How you change your tune from a Trump post to a Biden post is unbelievable.

Instead of working for the people. Politicians are working for themselves. Each and everyone of them should be fired. Term limits put in place. Ethics should be strengthened. No more of this garbage of politicians making millions of dollars abusing their office. Politicians that break the rules should be chucked in jail. Politicians should serve the people. Not corporations.

If the system is not broken already, it's certainly on it's way.

It is interesting every time the liberals invent something that they want to use as a weapon against the right seems to always backfire on them.

We see BLM come along and the only people affected are the big liberal cities where progressive prosecutors do nothing allowing the riots and the burning of everything for about two years that even today we see young Black kids going around in flash mobs stealing while everyone just watches.

it's beyond comical at this point. They are DERPing in real time. It's boomeranging before they even get into full SMUG mode. Watching them be destroyed will be a dangerous pleasure. But seeing them become desperate and reach deep into the BAMN bag will likely spill blood. Even if it's fun to watch, it will be wrong and not the direction we as a nation need to go.

But I don't think it would matter if it was Trump or Desantis, or Haley. They are ALL a threat to democracy and the only thing that can save us is open borders and showing how weak we are as a nation.
