Of the 3 important rulings from the Supreme Court, the most important will be preventing states from kicking Donald Trump off the ballot over a crime (insurrection) that didn't happen.

Congress has NOT stated there was an insurrection on Jan 6, 2021.

If Congress says there was no insurrection. There was no insurrection.

"Scary" is something liberals in states like California are not used to feeling. They're so scared, they're looking for ways to keep a Republican off the ballot. A Republican who MIGHT WIN in a typical "Blue" state is a very real possibility in November 2024.

Given that an insurrection is defined as a violent uprising, I don't see any point where he called for violence. He never called for violence against anyone. His opponents, on the other hand, have called for violence against him - while he was the standing president - numerous times.
