But he ran again and lost--using the exact same electoral process by which he had won 4 years earlier--and decided to lie, cheat, and steal try to stay in office anyway. That's the point where he attempted to do an end run around the democratic process by which we run our Republic. That's what he actually did. It's not hypothetical. It's why he's got multiple felony lawsuits going right now.
we wouldn't have a problem.

I’m glad to see Colorado pulled this BS. Now republican states can take Biden off the ballot for letting 8m illegals in the country.
Ex Presidents can be held accountable eh? Obama needs to be charged for killing Americans in a drone strike.
My guess is he wouldn’t have as much popularity this time around if they just let it run its course organically.

The DERP's who make that claim really can't articulate what Trump would do, or has done to destroy our democracy. He ran for office, won, and spent 4 years as President of the US.

Yes, and if he had stopped right there, we wouldn't have a problem.

Furthermore, you'd have to be an idiot to be surprised by that behavior. The POTUS takes an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution, which includes "taking care that the laws are faithfully executed". That's literally all the POTUS is required to promise to do. Play by the rules. Color within the lines. Donald Trump has never colored within the lines his entire life. He's not capable of it. If we're being honest, that's exactly why a lot of Trump supporters like him.
Looking to the future, is there really any doubt that he would try to complete his plan if he got another 4 years? He's setting in place all the same game plans and players.

At least one of the Colorado SC justices understands what the law means.
Justices Carlos Samour, Maria Berkenkotter and Chief Justice Brian D. Boatright all dissented, but Samour was particularly critical of the 4-3 ruling. Samour and Boatright were each appointed by Democratic former Gov. John Hickenlooper, while Berkenkotter was appointed by current Gov. Jared Polis, also a Democrat.
"The decision to bar former President Donald J. Trump — by all accounts the current leading Republican presidential candidate (and reportedly the current leading overall presidential candidate) — from Colorado's presidential primary ballot flies in the face of the due process doctrine," Samour wrote.
"Even if we are convinced that a candidate committed horrible acts in the past — dare I say, engaged in insurrection — there must be procedural due process before we can declare that individual disqualified from holding public office," he wrote.
I can’t believe that the few self-proclaimed “Lawyers” here on ATS are not criticizing this ruling.
They are happily jumping up and down about it.

It will all end in tears. I am getting more and more nervous about the fate of this country.
Sometimes I think it is all sort of boomer vanity. They are going to take out their lifelong hatred of eachother on us. Moreso from the DNC side, in my eyes, but its still just keeps rolling along even though most of us know in our logical sense that all of this is nonsense.
The hatred of Trump isn't all that bizarre if you watch CNN or any MSM for that matter news. Its a bell they have been ringing for 7 or so years now non stop.
My inlaws believe in all of it. It never matters what I show them as proof. They do not want to hear it. They not only drank the coolaid, they swim in it.

The strange thing is that I have never met an actual nazi nor any actual KKK members. I say this as a "underground" guy from when I was younger. I don't have the time for any nonsense like that these days, but its odd to see all these GenZ people parading around calling people nazi's that are just kind of "normal" people. Hell, Trumps policies are not all that different from Bill Clintons. I suppose lefty boomers taught everyone that anyone who disagrees with them about anything are not really human, but NAZI's. Its really wore out its welcome. When someone calls me any of the lefts favorite slang, I just do not care because I know they have no idea really what they are talking about - just parroting what people above them have brainwashed them to say.
It's sad because alot of these kids are not really going to be able to handle violence that they say they desire. Some will, but I notice that most are not cut out for it.
ANyway, I have no idea why people have to get freaked out about everything the way they do. They are foolish, they are doing the bidding of people that sit in mansions and yachts and honestly believe they are helping the downtrodden. It would be hilarious if everything wasn't turning into such a # show. We are all going to pay for this nonsense whether we think so or not.

We deserve a better conservative candidate than Trump. YOU deserve better than Trump.
Why? What is your problem with Trump? Spell it out. List it. Why can no one create a TRUTHFUL list of why Orange Man bad.
In the recent, the best anyone has is they are afraid Trump will do to them what Biden and the dems have done to him, and they probably do fear that.
