The BIDEN FAMILY has so many ill and illegal deeds to keep hidden, Hunter Biden (the mastermind) is likely going to be held in Contempt of Congress and criminally referred to the DOJ next week.

House Oversight and Judiciary Chairs James Comer (R-Ky.) and Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said Friday they will continue to pursue contempt of Congress charges against President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, even though he’s agreed to sit for a closed-door deposition.

The House panels voted to advance Hunter Biden’s contempt charges during a raucous hearing Wednesday, due to his refusal to sit for a scheduled closed-door hearing. The president’s son instead demanded that his deposition be in public.

He reversed course Friday, saying he will sit for a closed-door deposition after all. Despite the decision, House Republicans said they will continue to pursue charges until a date is scheduled.

“While we are heartened that Hunter Biden now says he will comply with a subpoena, make no mistake: Hunter Biden has already defied two valid, lawful subpoenas,” the pair said in a statement.

And the horrible January of 2024 continues to worsen for Democrats and their leader, Joe Biden.

Another source for this.

It's becoming dificult to blame this on Trump or a vast right wing conspiracy.
He wrote about this in his book, his signature is on the 4473, and they have found coc aine residue on the gun pouch. tell us you are totally guilty without telling us you are totally guilty.
edit on 17-1-2024 by network dude because: Beto, what a stupid name.

Sounds like a contempt vote isn't going to happen.

Nothing is gonna happen to that low life piece of sh!t.
If this was Don Jr or Eric Trump, the Leftist circle jerk would go on for years.
The Dem supporters don’t care about the Biden Crime Syndicate.

not yet. But if he tries more theatrics rather than the closed door testimony he was ordered to give, I can't help but think they won't give him anymore gifts like this.

The DOJ may have actually hurt their case with this filing. This filing was in response to Hunter's motion to dismiss on selective or vindictive prosecution grounds.

The argument Hunter's lawyer makes is that Weiss only chose to prosecute more harshly after he was pressured to do so by GOP politicians.

Based on Hunter's filing we know that up until June 6, Weiss had no issues with charging Hunter with a misdemeanor over the gun.

The DOJ's filing doesn't state when the gun was tested. Based on the warrant, we know it was sometime in 2023. Based on the number, it may not have been issued until as late as December.

Regardless, look for Hunter's lawyer to make three arguments on their response. 1.) If the warrant was issued before June, why did Weiss not seek felony charges until after receiving pressure from members of Congress to do so? 2.) If the warrant was issued after June, why was the gun only tested after Weiss was receiving pressure from members of Congress to prosecute more harshly, and not at any point in the five years that it had been on DOJ possession? 3.) If the warrant was issued after September (which is when the indictment was issued,) why did Weiss seek a harsher prosecution when he seemingly didn't have the evidence to back it up until months later?
