The person I think needs to be charged is Eric Swalwell. He was instrumental in convincing hunter biden to not testify before the House. He was present when biden gave his press briefing outside the capital the other day. He should be brought up on charges of obstructing official congressional proceedings, just like all of the Jan. 6th defendants.

A GOP lawmaker on the House Oversight Committee is calling for Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., to be punished by Congress for helping Hunter Biden on Wednesday morning.

Swalwell had reserved a spot outside the Senate side of the U.S. Capitol where Hunter Biden later made a brief statement to the press before skipping a planned deposition by the House Oversight Committee.

I wonder who else might be tied to Hunter in weird ways.

Obviously, the White House hoped that no one would find out about the second discovery in the Wilmington garage.

But then CBS’s Jan. 9 report was quickly followed by press reports about the documents found in the garage, as well as yet a third set of classified documents found in Biden’s Wilmington home (in his den) on Jan. 12.

At that point, the cat was out of the bag, and there were so many violations that Attorney General Merrick Garland had no choice but to appoint a special counsel to conduct a criminal investigation.

Prominent lawyer Jonathan Turley wrote that Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) helped Hunter Biden facilitate an “alleged federal crime” by helping the president’s son flout a congressional subpoena.

Swalwell surely knew that he was helping Hunter in defying a subpoena and obstructing the investigation into Joe Biden. He not only helped set up the press conference but made sure that he was in the camera frame behind Hunter for every network audience. He presumably utilized congressional staff to assist in this effort.
