It’s not like the doj is engaging in political lawfare these days or anything.

The gun charge I could really care less about and it's really none of Uncle Sam's business about individuals use of drugs.
My issue with Hunter is using the "Big guys ' position of influence in foreign business dealings that could very well involve national security.
He and Joe Rogan can get high and shoot at each other for all I care about that

Yes, the right of the people to be secure in their persons from unreasonable search and seizure should not be infringed, just like it says in the Fourth Amendment.

I am not for this law, and think it should be removed from the form, but until MJ is removed from the FEDERAL schedule list, it is and will remain a schedule 1 drug, and federally illegal. Even if the states have legalized it. If the argument is, this is idiotic and should be remedied, you have my complete and total agreement. But the law is what it is, until it isn't. We shouldn't pick and choose which one's to follow, instead change the law.

Joe Rogan breaks Federal law & isn’t prosecuted for it & Hunter is ?
I can’t stand Hunter Biden , but we can’t have it both ways . Both Rogan & Hunter are powerful people with money, fame & influence . Yet one is charged & one isn’t for drug use while owning firearms
