The DOJ has a rule that was established during the Trump administration that requires a full House vote authorizing an impeachment inquiry before they'll enforce any subpoenas related to an impeachment.

The district attorney who helped to craft hunter Biden's plea deal to keep him out of prison permanently, is testifying in closed session to the House judiciary committee this morning.

Devin Archer testified that Joe Biden was not involved with the finances, but he got on the speakerphone many times, to let everyone know that he fully supported his son.

He was using what we call the Chicago style of influence and corruption.
