Even if it is a civil case after any criminal case failed with made-up fraud charges where there is no victim and even the bank that loaned him the money said there is nothing.

There is no fraud against the people of New York either as NY is suggesting he should pay less taxes than he does if they are suggesting his properties are worth so little. Maybe they should cut him a check for overpaying for 20 years.

The only thing we have is Letitia James' campaign to get Trump if she is elected and was elected on that being her one campaign promise as the liberals in NY are like you in they want to take him out.
