Its clear he was joking because just drilling and closing the border aren't 'dictator' things.

He was talking about executive orders on the first day.

After that, just life as usual with Trump as POTUS.

Here's the problem with the fear mongering that the left loves to engages in:

After going whole hog the first time around with tinfoil hat claims that Donald Trump will use nuclear weapons if he were to be elected the first time, and it doesn't happen, It's kinda dum to take a step backward and claim he plans to be a dictator.

Next time I suggest they start of smaller and go bigger with the fear mongering; rather than the other way around. It will be more believable.
