Federal judge says Trump does not have absolute immunity, denying bid to dismiss election case

More people who normally wouldnt look at trump twice are now going to go MMmm hes being persecuted like me and mine.

*shrugs* maybe he goes to prison but I doubt it, cause that opens the door for every crook in the house and senate to go to prison.

If the president has no inkling of immunity... neither do they.

Falsely accused so many times, Russian collusion was fabricated by democrats, corrupted FBI. Judges were lied to by democrats constantly to get warrants.

Add "subpoena" to the end of your search and you'll get a better understanding why they're treated differently.

If Trump had just handed over all of the documents when NARA asked he wouldn't be in trouble. If he had complied with the subpoena he wouldn't be in trouble. These aren't my words. This is what Trump's lawyer told him when he received the subpoena. If he turns over all the documents at that point it all goes away, if he doesn't he's breaking the law.

Neither, I don't see a better America will anyone that is currently running.
It really "grinds my gears" that we as a nation can't put up a viable candidate for POTUS.
Trump and Biden are a danger to our republic and both can go eat a bag of poop.
I hate to say this but I was willing to give Biden a chance despite that fact I just do not trust that man. And he screwed many MANY people and made the democrats look weak. The Republicans have shown they have no real teeth anymore by just freaking let Trump have complete control of many and divided the party and also making a big rip in the fabric of our society.

NARA was there with the FBI,and trump asked them if they needed more documents. they said no,and left. then came back and raided the place.

Judge Chutkin,was wrong in her decision about trump not having immunity under 1st amendment while president. She forgets his protection was still in effect that day,since he was president until the 20th of Jan in the afternoon legally.

Trump was ordered by the court to turn over all documents bearing classified markings. A subpoena is not a search warrant nor does it grant investigators psychic powers.

It was Trump's responsibility to comply completely with the subpoena and he failed to do so. Intentionally.
