This entire topic is going to be turned on you now, with a handful of old white men and their laserfocus on what Hamas did to deserve a genocide.

Various arguments and off topic conversations were made yesterday together and with the attempts to shift the topic to what Hamas did on the 7th of October, but all these attempts failed. When the Hamas argument doesn't work (each and every time) then the next stage is making it personal and then when they doesn't work either leave the thread to come back in another thread repeating the same attempts.

What I find troubling is that some members have no issue with the genocidal rhetoric of these politicians or the fact they incite genocide and support the mass killings of innocent civilians. It's ready troubling but it reflects the lack of any serious arguments in the conversations.

You have argued and insinuated that support for a ceasefire is support for Hamas and terrorism then I am afraid you are using a false equivalency debunked argument. Even when you're asking the question about Hamas atrocities that somehow are supported by me or others you're making the false equivalency arguments if you haven't understood it.

You don't seem to be concerned with the genocidal rhetoric and language used by a number of politicians and officials in Israel or with the very high number of civilian deaths but rather than try to excuse and justify the actions of Israel because of what Hamas did on the 7th of October.

When your country is attacked people will say really dumb things out of anger.Reality is he was suspended from his post for this statement there is zero chance for him to stay in office. He apologized saying he was just upset yeah whatever. So luckily there were sane people to immediately condemn his statements. And he was never in a position to speak for the israeli government. So bottom line he got mad said incredibly stupid things and was punished for it.

No one will accept the palistinians every where they go they cause trouble. Started after the six day war the palistinians set up refugee camps in Jordan. They were armed and continued to attack the Israelis. However when they realized they can't win Yasser Arafat came up with a plan B. Jordanian Civil War also known as black september was an armed conflict between Jordan, led by King Hussein, and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), led by Yasser Arafat.

Long story short the lose and were expelled to Lebanon. Where again they start trying to start a civil war with syrias help. Well they get kicked out of their too. And then Egypt had to battle rebels in the Sinai turns out the palostinians were supporting these rebels trying to get them to overthrow the Egyptian government. So natural they won a big fence was built and Egypt now refuses to allow palistinians into Egypt.

Oh Syria finally had enough to almost forgot they kick out the PLO as well. So every neighbor is well aware the trouble palistinians cause when they are in a country. But thus is stuff the news doesn't tell you.

The answer to the topic of the thread is that none of this would have happened if Israel wasn't attacked and over 1000 civilians were raped and murdered.....

I am now hearing on Oct. 7th Israel sent 28 Apache helicopters with order to shoot at everything and the pilots said they emptied their bellies and went back to reload and did it all over again. Israel said they could not distinguish from the dead/burned remains who was Hamas, who were festival goers fleeing the scene, fleeing civilians or IDF soldiers. The degree of damage at the site corroborates strikes from the helicopters vs. what weapons Hamas were carrying and Hamas' weapons were not able to do that much damage.

Is it any wonder the politicians have the same murderous rhetoric when IDF gets orders to shoot at everything? I think not.

We all are forgetting Hezbollah is attacking Israel in the West Bank and Israel is attacking Syria.

U.S. Troops are being attacked by unidentified drones in Syria and Iraq.

Iran-backed Houtis have stopped a ship in the Red Sea claiming it was an Israeli ship but Israel said it's a British ship, nevertheless they are stopping ships from delivering needed resources and telling Israel that all cargo ships are targets.
