There was fraud in the 2016 election (I worked on one of the audits in Wisconsin), only it wasn't in favor of Trump. Mass fraud was found, but wasn't enough to beat Trump's legitimate votes.

I take it Trump losing, or not being allowed to run down to his legal predicaments will equate to even more claims of interference and butthurt election fraud?

Whilst if he somehow manages to win, the claims of fraud and interference go out the window and everything is A ok?

I just don't understand how that works in people's heads, as to me it's simply not logically consistent.

I think if anything Trump's up for ending your little 246-odd-year experiment with democracy and free and fair elections if the words coming out of his mouth are anything to go by.

It was ratified by congress in 1876.
It formed UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INC.
It was a 99 year charter and had a 24 year extension.

This is why they used UCC for the legality used by the BAR instead of constitutional and common law for the last 150 years or so.

You really need to catch up.
Admiralty courts replaced common law courts and all laws have been about commerce UCC and nothing, NOTHING about liberties granted by the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights.
