Ffs you think that after the Floyd incident, having an arm around a persons neck while cuffed, and turning purple, and hitting the deck, and the suffering a fit.

The officer would have handled this situation with a lot more finesse, instead he already had the perp cuffed who is alleged to have stolen cars.

Thought takes it to a whole other level choke holding a cuffed perp.

As bad as it sounds this is exactly how the Gestapo started. It's happening all over the world, give the police more power and make them unaccountable and bit by bit they will push the boundaries of their remit.

Ummm... he wasn't cuffed. Just watch the video, when they take him down, his hands are way too far apart for him to be cuffed.

And no, I'm not defending the asshole cop, I'm just saying the guy wasn't cuffed.

Too bad the Democrats have completely derailed the true issue within the police forces to actually fix the problem.

The real problem is not race related but rather lack of training, qualified individuals, work hours, and pay.

Instead democrats decided to divide the people by never letting a crisis go to waste on something that effects all races. Making it a racial issue divided the people and took focus away from the real problem.

You are right.....if you look at the .28 mark you see his hands are free and he puts them back...odd

It looked like to me the cop put pressure on the carotid arteries. It only takes a few seconds of that to cause unconsciousness or a stroke even. The guy could be brain damaged.
